Urbanears Medis – Brings the style with the substance

We've featured Urbanears before with their excellent Plattans and the fantastic Coloud range but will the Medis hold up to the same high standard that the company sets itself? It's a little difficult to describe the Medis earphones as they're not quite in ear but they do fit into the ridges of your ear. As with the rest of their products, they come with a large variety of colours ranging from tomato all the way to mocca.


When WiFi Signal Strength becomes Art

One of the modern travails of this day and age is the ability to find a good quality WiFi signal as we lug around laptops in a desperate attempt to connect to that giant interweb. A Norwegian team of designers and artists based in Oslo took the idea of walking around and the changes in WiFi signal strength and turned it into quite beautiful art. Using a camera on a long exposure setting and a measuring rod made of a bar of lights, they've shot some pretty awesome photographs.
